Human Tissue Pull Test Data

Hello-

I am looking for data from a uniaxial pull test for human tissue. If anyone would be willing to provide that, I would appreciate it.

Not aware of any data, but, some of the medical journals may have something on this. About 20 years back, I put some sutures in to one of my moosehunting buddies who clipped himself with an axe... and skin is really stretchy. He lived and had it checked later and no infection.

Problem with testing is that you have to use a reduced width in the area of testing to avoid measuring the area affected by clamping the sample in the test rig.

Hey, the age of the person makes a difference. My old skin is pretty weak.
