How to set the rotate point permanently

Hello Friends

Nx Version Nx 9 or Nx 11 both Teamcenter Integerated.
Nx Module Assembly

If we are setting the Rotate Point by Ctrl plus 2 or Right click then even after saving the file, if the file is closed and reopened again we need to set the Rotate Point.

Is there any options to get out from this hurdle.
