I some how messed up my units in SAP2000 and ended up getting all my loads multiplied by 1000. For example a UDL of 2.5KN/m on a beam is now showing as 2500KN/m. All the loads in the model got multiplied like this. I can select every element and reassign loads but that would be hectic as number of elements are more. Is there any way by which I can select a particular load case and multiply all applied loads by a factor, which would be 1/1000 in my case?

Just use the Load case scale factor. In your case, type .001.

Alternatively, under Edit menu>Interactive database tables, you can go to Joint and/or Frame load assignment table, export to Excel and modify load assignments there.
