I usually define a cell a long formula, that cause the function edit area displayed not enough, and cover the column title and some first row. Can I get the area larger?

Sorry, I don't understand.
You mean that are to the right of the X and the tick above the column headers?
Can you not double click the cell and edit in the cell?
Or is it a problem when selecting a cell that the forumla is displayed and covers upt stuff you want to see? If so use protection to hide the formulae.

I'm suspecting it is the 2nd one. If your cursor is in a cell, the edit window displays the contents regardless of their size and if they're too big they will cover up the first few rows of your display (which usually contain my column headings unfortunately). Very annoying.

The solution in my case is usually to simply move the cursor to another cell that does not have such a long formula.

Correction - that was not a solution, it was a workaround.

I agree with IRStuff from the standpoint that I have found no real solution.

Set the workbook's own "Restore/Maximize" button (upper right corner) to "Restore".

Thanks all above.
NormPeterson gives a wise workaround.
