How to do a precision analysis

I design a measuring bench for a gear application. Because of the high measuring precision requirment I want to Know wheather the mechanical system that I designed is suit for this requirment. As a pro/e beginer I learn little for pro/E analysis.would you tell me how to do this anaylsis in pro/e. Detail introductionare more appreciated.
