How to determine the average stress of a bar in Ansys?

If the straight bar has large deformation and becomes bent, how to determine the average stress of the bar.
And how to determine the total reaction force of this bar with one end fixed.
Thank you!

Hmmmm. Reaction force, just issue the PRRSOL command. Average stresses? Bit vague that is.
