How to Create a tangent of circles??

I know it is simple but I can't seem to find a way to create a circle off two tangent circles. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Use sketch constraint "Tangent". That would do.

Are you new to Inventor? If you are trying to use Inventor like AutoCAD, DON'T. Practice creating a general shape and then applying constraints and dimensions to control the finished shape rather than attempting to draw all your geometry in it's proper location and at specific sizes.
