How to create 3D helix curve

Hello everybody,
Please tell me how to create a 3D helix on a shaft. i need to cut a helix profile on a hallow shaft.

use relation the angle dimension like that sd#=trajpar*360*10, 10 is loop numbers.


first ,sketchor extract two curves then use the variable section sweep.


second, use the variable section sweep pick cuves to sweep,that in sketch make a construct circle and a line,


dimension angle to the line use relation like sd#=trajpar*360*10, so you create a


helix sweep surface .


third, extrat helix curve from the helix sweep surface!!!!!!!
