How to add an imported part to an existing geometry in ANSYS Mechanical APDL

Good afternoon.


I am building a part in ANSYS Mechanical APDL. I would like to import an external volume, which is a complex part, to add to the existing part. I tried to import the part before I build the geometry and I got an error. I also tried to import the geometry at the end, in x_t, but the imported volume is ignored (not added). Is there any solution to this problem?
