I like to know about the minimum space when the constructor install A490 M22 bolts. My problem is that the double H section's column is spliced in the tiny space. Thanks!

It somewhat depends on the type of wrench.
The wrench should be 32 across flats; a distance between inline bolts of 49 mm and a distance to an adjoining wall of 25 mm should be OK.

Thanks for Prex help. But my problem is that the shear corner wrench (185mm x 610mm) can't be used in the tiny corner space (160mm X 160mm) of the double H (H 600 X 300 X 20 X 50 mm) section column spliced. Have any smaller size wrench ? Thanks!
