I want to use 4inch hollow block with height of 1m for partitioning on an EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB WITHOUT BEAMS UNDER TO SUPPORT THE PARTITION in a 3 storey building increasing the number of shops. Please What should I look out for?

A local structural engineer.

This site is not free design and engineering.

Only a proper review will tell you if it's feasible or what you would need to do,.

There are too many variables like height of every story, Live load on every story, Floor load distribution, Spans, Framing type etc.

this is not a load bearing wall (being only 1m high - not sure how that would create additional shops though) I would expect it is significantly under any standard dead loads specified in any structural code

The higher risk to the structure is the shops themselves there is no control on what they store which is why i feel the partition is the lowest risk
