How do I use kfloppy to reload an RJ controller?

I have cleared cmos and from and need help (detailed instructions) connecting/loading rj controller with SpotTool 3.06PF software floppy disks. I have been hacking away at this with no manuals for days and getting nowhere. How do you setup the controller and PC to see each other? Please help.

I figured it out. I was using the wrong cable. Thank you.
