Foundation fieldbus controller on IMAN mode

2 PCVs get control from a controller. The two PCV passed auto calibration. Yet the problem still persist . The secondary PCV is on OO mode ,i.e out of service. While the primary is in manual mode .

Could not use AMS to take PCV to manual mode or auto mode .

Any help to resolve this issue will be appreciated. The graphics is attached.
