I have smart question ,,,,,if we have electronic box what is the difference if it is closed no holes and if it has holes ??

Is the cooling load of your electronics large enough to need conduction and convection both? Or will just conduction do?

Will your electronic product be in the weather, or in a corrosive environment?

Will it be mounted in an area that must be washed down or sterilized?

Will your electronic product be in a hazardous location?

There are many considerations.

yes it is include conduction and convection .it is at ground with ambient temperature (65C).it is for aerospace industry not school. my target question is how do I calculate the different between tow box including conduction and convection)

You apply the appropriate equations to the appropriate simplifications of the structure. Barring that, you find someone with a FEM thermal analysis program.
