Hi quality prints in SP4 on large format printers

Is anyone having problems getting decent looking high quality prints out of a large format printer in SP4? We open the same drawing in SP 3.0 and print and it looks fine - same exact print settings. When we open and print in SP 4.0 - all the prints look like they are draft quality.

In talking with my VAR this moring, another one of their customers is having problems with line weights with SP4. My VAR told me to hold off on upgrading.
