Latexman is right. This is an elementary problem involving whatever heat transfer and thermodynamics that you may have studied during your engineering school days.

What am I missing here: steam at -150 degree and pressure at -3.5kg/cm2; and how is the N2 contained and separated from steam? I don't believe that the OP had thermo and heat transfer courses.
It appears that the dash is not a negative sign but a simple hyphen.
Besides, kg/cm^2, as a measure of pressure, still appears on some eastern european manometers.
Steam at those conditions is slightly superheated.
As far as I know, based on the engineering school I came from, OP would have studied at least one course of heat transfer and some basic thermo in his engineering school which should be enough for him to solve this problem of an elementary nature....Hence OP needs to pick up those books of that course again...
