Help in search of a polymer that reacts to an aluminum surface

Hello,

We manufacture functional fabrics for the sunshading industry
In the development of a new product we are searching for a clear/transparent polymer coating or chemical which reacts when in contact with an aluminum surface.
The polymer / chemical should change from clear/transparent color to opaque or white when in contact with the aluminum.
The coating will be applied through dip-coating.

Isn't that typically done as part of the anodizing process? There are colored chemfilms, I think
