As a general description, I would say overexposed with too little contrast.

How are you taking these pictures? They look as if they were taken with a phone through the eyepiece of a microscope.

What are you trying to accomplish? How you describe the microstructure depends on what you are trying to illustrate.
 
Look like low carbon lath martensite to me....
