HELP 420S37 Stainless Steel

Hi I really need some help, im looking for a metal supplier in the uk that can supply 420S37 in 2mm thick sheets. Required Vickers hardness of 460 apporx, rockwell C 45 etc

All my searches have found nothing

If anyone has any info please let me know

Try sandvik steel. Im not sure what the s37 means in your designation but 420SS is a martensitic hardenable grade. Sandvik produces lots of harden and pretempered steels in coil form.

Also you will definately need to talk to a specialty supplier if sandvik doesnt have your quantity available.

You can also try Ugitech (formerly Ugine Savoie Imphy). They make 4 versions of 420 and sell in the UK
