hello every one i have a question about fire hydrant as you know NFPA doesnt explain how to determine flow rate or pressure or distance separating hydrants so if any one has a guideline in this topic or information i will be thankful and thanks in advance .

Yes, that is CODE driven, not standard. Search your adopted fire code. IFC, NFPA, etc...
