Having second sheet tile block match first

I have my title block set-up to extract model information for the part number and name, etc. If my first view on the first sheet is a weldment and I wish to detail some of the parts on the second sheet, how can I have the title block info on the second sheet match that of the first without having to insert the same view on the second sheet that I inserted on the first?

Also, is there a way of reordering the views on the first sheet so that the title block will extract the info from the new first sheet. Tried drag-n-drop but didn't work.

I do not believe it is possible. You're talking about making multiple sheet #1's in the same .idw???
