Saving Title Block and Border in AutoCad Inventor

Hello,

I have a drawing that has a title block and border that I would like to save as a template to use for future drawings. Is there a way to remove the part reference in the drawing and just save the remainder (template/border) as the new title block template? I also want to make sure I adequately clear any IProperty references since this would be used for future drawings.
