group constraint between FE part and solid part in MSC ADAMS

hi , how can i create constraint between a rope that is a FE part and a non circular pulley that is solid ,while the rope cross along the path on non-circular pulley.thanks a lot.
the pic is my non_circular pulley that i need creat a rope while cross along the blue curve path on non-circular pulley
