Anyone know a good reference book for the vertical and horizontal distribution of seismic loads for structural frames that includes the computation of relative stiffness, center of mass and center of rigidity? Thank you.

For the vertical distribution of seismic loads you can use ASCE 7 - 16. I have been wondering myself too about the horizontal distribution of seismic loads, but the knowledge seems unpractical nowadays. I can recommend Dynamics of Structures Theory and Application by Chopra

Furthermore you have code requirements and simplifications, and a wealth of resources about those are available from SEAOC, ASCE, and SK Ghosh.

For horizontal distribution you have three basic assumptions, Rigid Diaphragm, Flexible Diaphragm and semi-rigid diaphragm. If you understand well the first two concepts then the third can be understood as well.
