Frequently leakage of single mechanical seal

I have a single coil helical spring single seal in my KSB pump (Face: SiC / SiC) (Elastomer: PTFE) (Currently using API plan - 11) having problem of leakage due to generating gas in suction line. Kindly suggest to prevent the leakage by using which API plan or any thing els.
