Steam Turbine Labyrinth seal leakage

If a steam turbine is pressurized with nitrogen at 0.2 bar during preservation, will it leak through labyrinth seal gland? Experts, please advise.
 
Yes, it will. Labyrinth seals leak more when the shaft is stationary, and much less when the shaft is running at high speed.
