Fluid-Structure Interaction by LS-Dyna

I try to simulate flow induced vibrations by LS-Dyna and I have got very high level of hourglass energy in Eulerian mesh.
What does "hourglass energy" mean for Eulerian mesh?
Could you give some information about fluid-structure interaction by ls-dyna in general?
I'll be thankful for any advice about it.
