Florida milestone inspections

For those of you practicing in Florida, and have started doing milestone inspections...
What all do you take into consideration when pricing out a job?
With the liability involved and the litigation-happy condo boards, I'm of the opinion that there should be a substantial premium over the regular hourly rate - at least for phase 1 where much of the structure will not be directly observable. Don't want to gouge, but also not desperate to take this on.
For example, I'm coming up with about $150 per door for a 70's, smallish units, 60 units total. Don't want to gouge, but also not desperate to take this on. What do you think?



 
This sounds a lot like 40 year structural recertification under another name. All I can tell you is Morabito apparently got like $300k for the work they did on Surfside's Champlain Towers South, it's a matter of public record so you can root around for the exact fee, I know I've seen it reported.
