What must be included in a Florida Threshold Inspection? Must the inspector review every structural item?

Check FBPE, John Pistorino has an article and there’s another as well, I forget that fellow’s name. This isn’t that easy a field to break into and requires mentorship, more or less. There are a few disciplinary actions for bad threshold inspection work as well.

The problem with threshold inspections is that they establish the degree of inspection and it generally establishes the upper limit. Best to rely on the professional expertise of the inspector.
