Hi! Need answer to following question:

Does a flexural bending test suffice for determining the structural integrity of a pre-preg honeycomb sandwhich panel with carbon phenolic face sheets and aluminium core?

No.

Delamination of the face sheets is a major concern in these structures and needs to be evaluated in peel pull and sheer.

Nope. It will assess (assuming the test is run correctly) the tension or compression (depending on which face sheet fails) strength in the direction that it is loaded at the temperature and condition of the test. The test will not assess the other facesheet strength, nor the face to core bond strength, nor the core shear strength, nor any of the other possible failure modes, nor the strength at other temperatures or environments.

What specifically are you trying to do for what specific situation?
