Flashing in a vacuum filer

What are the main impacts of flashing of the liquid in a vacuum disc filter. I know there will be a lot of steam but will it condense etc.... again since it is a close vessel? filter operates at -70 kPa

Search for water vapor pressure. If I'm right, at this pressure steam condenses at about 70oC.
