In 10"x Sch 40 5D Pipe bends (Material SA 403 Type 304L ) if flaring is observed at end portions is it acceptable? what is acceptable criteria for flaring?

Look up Table 4 in ASME SA 106 for diameter tolerances. There is not such term as 'acceptable flaring'.
