You make specification (% vaporization) according to process requirement. Reboilers are design to generate specific amount of vapor to assure L-V Traffic in distillation column.
Maximum vaporization in the coil should be limited to about 80 wt%. this is to avoid coking or fouling problem by dry point in the coil.
