Just switched from 2007 to 2008 and one thing in particular is making things difficult.
So far I have only noticed it on the extruded cut feature but I imagine this would also be a problem for revolved cuts. When I sketch my profile for the cut I may reference features that will be removed by the cut.
The problem arises when I go back to edit the sketch defining this cut feature. The features that have been cut away are not shown, i.e. the cut preview is not just a shaded yellow area, it actually hides everything that this cut is going to cover. This wasnt the case in the 2007 version. Has anybody come across this yet and is there anyway to turn off this "preview" option?
BTW one other thing that has been driving me crazy - I liked the background of the feature manager to be white in 2007. Does anyone know of an option to change the background color of the feature tree/manager??
Thanks
