FDM extrusion bio-printing process simulation errors

Hi everyone,I am doing a school project using abaqus to create a FDM bio-printing extrusion simulation.
However I keep getting this error "time increment required is less than the minimum specified"
understand this may occurs due to many reasons, I have attached the images of my model
can anyone advice some solutions for me to try out?

It will be hard to achieve convergence and avoid severe mesh distortion without the use of special methods meant for large deformations/flow analyses.

Thanks for you reply, I try to simplified my model but I still geting error for that.
Do you have any idea on this ?
