I'm looking for a some 3m diameter fan capable of providing airspeeds from 50 to 70m/s. Does anyone know who manufactures this kind of machines?

The air power of the fan implied by your request is around 1500kW requiring a shaft power of around 2000kW.

There are a number of companies that can provide a fan of this capacity. Try Howden.
