how to calculate drag and lift coefficient at different airfoils of horizontal axis wind turbine blade (NREL 5 MW) at different blade span cross sections using Ansys fluent or Ansys post taking into your consideration there exist continuous twist along blade span axis thus there will be different relative flow angle Fay and consequently different angle of attack.
 
this reads like a thesis topic ? I do know that getting CFD to work well with propellers is very tricky.
If this is meant to be a thesis topic, I'd talk to people who already do this type of work (wind turbine designers, aircraft propeller designers).
Maybe there is a better way to model things, maybe they can give you some insights on the limitations of today's modelling, some areas to improve on.

How well can we model things today ? Experimental validation of the CFD ??
 
AIAA has many related/technical articles/documents on most elements of 'wind turbine design'. Seriously.
