Hello everybody,

I have exported from UG 18 one drawing to AutoCAD 2000, but all the drawing was exported only in Paper space in AutoCAD. In the Model space was exported nothing. Could everyone tell me how can I export that drawing directly in Model space?

Thanks in advace!

I had a huge amount of trouble exporting to AutoCAD when I started with UG. It would really mess up with section cuts and the like, but that is a whole other problem.

What I do, is export to a cgm file first. This basically smashes the model into a 2d format. Then I import the cgm into a clean model file (not in drafting). I then export it to Autocad. This will put the entire drawing in model space and no messing with paper space.

I hope this helps.
