Excel formula question? 2

Hello to all.

I would like to write the following command in excel but its not going too well.
My problem is.

I have three cells a1 b1 c1
If cell a1 is less than or equal to cell b1 cell then c1 most equal zero
If cell a1 is greater than or equal to cell b1 cell c1 must equal cell a1 minus cell b1.

I’ve never had formal training in excel so I’d really appreciate the help.

What IRstuff has given you is a typical IF, THEN, ELSE statement. Try the Excel Help file for a complete explanation and examples. You can "nest" up to seven conditions within this kind of statement.
