Estimating Small Heat Loads in a Deli

I'm sizing the HVAC for a deli which will have microwave ovens, coffee pots, refrigerators, ad other small heat loads. Can you recommend a resource I can use to estimate these heat loads? Thank you.

I would suggest referring to either ASHRAE publications (US) or CIBSE publications (UK).
