error message on startup

I keep getting the following error message on startup:

"Pro/TOOLKIT registry fil C:\ptc\Wildfire 4.0\FRT_WinX32_42.02\frt.dat (from config.pro keyword TOOLKIT_REGISTRY_FILE) was not found"

does anyone know how to resolve this error?
