Embedded Word Document MIcroStation J 1

I am having a problem inserting a Word document containing a table. Currently I have to do it in pieces using Paste Special, Embedded document. Sometimes the second, third, etc. piece become unregconizable by MicroStation if you try to delete or change their attributes. Do I need to change the extents of my clipboard in Windows, and if so, how do I do that?

I know of a third party utility called MicroSoft Office Importer that will bring in word docs and excel spreadsheets to MicroStation in one piece. You can link back to the word doc or spreadsheet and the changes update automaticaly.
