Hi all,

I have a series of electrical harnesses set up in a motor assembly made via the routing application. However, the motor is in the design process and its connectors are regularly being moved about. When the connectors are moved, the terminals and ports that were set up remain in the position that they were in before the connector was moved, such that the wiring no longer connects to the pins - the wiring is connected to terminals that are effectively floating in space.

Does anybody know why the terminals are not moving with the connectors when they are moved and how I can resolve this issue such that the harnesses automaticall move with the connectors?

Thanks,
Alex

This is a guess,
make sure that the parts containing the ports become fully loaded .
If this doesn't help, try switch to "entire part" reference set.
If you have "linked ports" ( through the Wave linker) make sure that you don't have the "Delay inter part updates = on", ( or do a update session)

Regards,
Tomas
