Keeping the component, the work part when moving up to assembly 1

Can you please remind me what the setting is in NX that keeps the component the work part when moving up to the assembly?
Now when going up to the assembly, the assembly becomes the work part.

Customer defaults :
Modeling - General - Allow Automatic Work Part change.
