Eccentricity in doing a lug-clevis analysis?

And is there a reference for this? I can't seem to find any references for this even though I know this is a criteria that is checked.
 
what sort of eccentricity are you thinking ok ?

Typically you need to check for a 10% misalignment transverse load on one lug, in combination with the tie rod axial load, if this is what you are looking for.
