Earth quake ATC F or 6 group

Good morning to every body. I must design a frame that must be installed in a Country with seismic Hazard (Earth quake ATC F or 6 group). Where I can find the maximum forces I must apply to my frame? I live in Italy and I know Euronorm.

ATC-6 "Seismic Design Guidelines for Highway Bridges", is a 1970's document that is now considered outdated. Looks like you can still order a copy here
