Durst Wind Chart

Does anyone have a Durst Chart so I can convert mean hourly wind speed to 3 second gust speed? My mean hourly wind speed is 65.5 mph. I want to find the 3 second wind gust speed.

Unfortunately I have only an earlier edition which does not have the Durst chart. Anywhere on the inernet where I can find it?
