dumb question on nozzle output report

What exactly is the dimension referenced by the following output in the nozzle report?

Projection available outside vessel, Lpr:

The dimension that I'm getting in this output is not the distance from the outside vessel surface to the nozzle flange face,and yes I've backed out the dimension for my flange.
