Drivers to make OPC Server <---> PLC2

Does anyone know of any software that can communicate with Allen Bradley PLC2 compatible devices and work as an OPC server?

If your can set up the PLC2 as a master sending messages then I do know a way. The AB Unsolicited driver in the TOP Server can read these PLC2 type unsolicited messages. It doesn't have a master driver that would work.

RSLinx Professional may also work but it costs more.
