Dear engineers,
My Sematic HMI 1st Generation KTP400 Basic Mono NP is broken, i have the back up file which is in .psb format.
I already purchased the second generation which is KTP 400 Basic.
I tried to migrate the HMI project which is the backup file in .psb format by using Wincc and also migration tool but it does not work. Both previously mentioned softwares do not see the file when I want to select it.
If anyone have a solution or suggestion, that would be very helpful.
